The test cups can also serve victims of crimes like sexual assault. As part of the victim’s bodily exam, a urine sample may need to be collected to detect the presence of drugs. Attackers often drug their victims to immobilize them during a sexual assault.

Detect Adulterants

Positive
Only one colored band appears, in the control region ©. No apparent colored band appears in the test region (T)
Negative
Two colored bands appear on the membrane. One brand appears in the control regions © and another band appears in the test region (T).
Invalide
Control band fails to appear.
How to use Drug Test Cup
FORENSIC USE PRODUCT
This is a Forensic Use Only device and is intended for use only in drugs of abuse testing for law enforcement purposes.
Appropriate users of such devices include, for example, court systems, police departments, probation/parole offices, juvenile detention centers, prisons, jails, correction centers, and other similar law enforcement entities, or laboratories or other establishments performing forensic testing for these entities.
Some drug test kits that test for Fentanyl, and specialty tests, like the K2/Spice, Alcohol (ALC), Cotinine (COT), Ethyl-Glucuronide(ETG), Fentanyl(FEN), Synthetic Marijuana (K2), Ketamine (KET), Lysergic Acid Diethylamide (LSD), Methaqualone (MQL), Bath Salts (MDPV), Kratom (Krat), Tianeptine (ZAZA), Xylazine Psilocybin(Mushrooms) drug test, fall under the category of Forensic Use Only.

Simplistic, Straightforward Process
The process involved in these tests is simple. Have the suspect or victim urinate inside the cup.
Make sure they screw the cap tightly to prevent contaminants from affecting the sample. If too much air, light or dust enters the sample, it may become compromised and lose its validity at trial.
Our test cups come with a front label. Put down the examinee’s name and all relevant information to prevent mixing up samples.
Each strip inside cup requires a certain amount of time to return a result. Three possible results are positive, negative or no result. In the latter case, the test needs to be redone.
