RapidTestCup’s main goal is to provide our customers with quality and affordable drug testing supplies that provide results within minutes. We commit to fulfilling this mission and pledge while also following the procedure for returns.

Return Policy

We give a Full refunds on all unused returned items.

Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase

Reason for return

• You no longer need your drug test supplies, we will take them back no questions asked.
• The product was shipped in our error, by RapidTestCup.
• The product was deemed defective.

If one of the above conditions is the case for returning a product, then the product must be returned in new condition with the original packaging and all the included accessories. RapidTestCup will also refund shipping charges if the product being returned was the result of our error.

The product should be returned within 30 days of receipt along with a copy of the original invoice. RapidTestCup will use tracking reports provided by the shipper and no international returns are allowed.

Once the returned product has been received, and once the credit or refund is issued, an email confirmation will be sent.
